Arrived to an easy check in and polite receptionist. Our Deluxe Tree Lodge was up on stilts with parking for our car underneath. Beautiful bathroom, comfy bed with a rather small but adequate kitchenette. The views were pure New Zealand bush, native trees and birdsong. Included in our room rate was a lovely continental breakfast. Sadly the West Coast weather turned foul severely limiting us from exploring what Franz Jo has to offer. We left after one nights stay but could easily have stayed longer.
