I’m not sure that I can add much to what everyone else has said. The initial communication was great, the welcome on arrival was warm, the view was beautiful, the room was lovely, the brekkie basket was delightful, the food in the restaurant was really nice and all the staff I met were super friendly! If I had to find a negative it would be that the wardrobe hanging space is tiny. In all honesty, that is the only negative I can think of. We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe tree hut which I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone thinking of treating themselves to a stay here. If we go back to Franz Josef we will absolutely look to stay at the Rainforest Retreat.
