We had the pleasure of staying at Rainforest Retreat a couple of days ago. The staff we dealt with, Becky and Mel, went above and beyond for us. Their service was superb! They very kindly set up our room for our twins birthday, with balloons, banners and some treats! And arranged a birthday cake as requested. We went all out and stayed in one of the Deluxe Two Bedroom Spa Tree Houses. This was perfect! Especially with your own private spa pool! The kids (and later the adults), loved it. And the included extras were a great bonus! All up it was brilliant accommodation topped off by authentic genuine super hospitality from Mel and Becky. Couldn’t recommend Rainforest Retreat any higher and we will definitely be back! Thanks.
